AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Salesforce Developer to own high-scale post-sales platforms and AI-enabled workflows. You will work in US Central Time and focus on Apex/LWC, Service Cloud enhancements, and Omni-Channel integrations.

You will contribute across multiple streams, triage incidents, and balance innovation with stability while supporting Aura/Visualforce components as needed. Remote work with flexible hours offered.

Formación

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong skills in Apex, LWC and Flows.
• Expertise in Service Cloud, Salesforce integrations, and Omnichannel.
• Hands-on production support and incident ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Own complex, high-scale Salesforce post-sales platforms and AI-enabled workflows.
• Support Salesforce Service Cloud features, Omnichannel, and integrations.
• Coordinate across engineering workstreams and triage incidents in Ops.
