4DF Connect, a Canadian company with a growing LATAM footprint, seeks a seasoned talent acquisition professional to scale hiring across Canada and LATAM. You will own full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, and build outbound sourcing while implementing modern tools.

Lead the recruitment stack, ensure privacy compliance, and elevate the candidate experience as the team expands globally, with long-term growth opportunities.

Competenze

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in SaaS or tech.
• Proven hiring expertise in LATAM and Canadian markets.
• Experience managing end-to-end hiring for Sales, Revenue, Marketing, CS and Product.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Workable/Greenhouse), and analytics.
• Strong behavioral interviewing and communication skills; fluent in English.

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product roles—from sourcing through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and drive efficient recruitment processes.
• Build outbound sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates across Canada and LATAM.
• Grow qualified candidate pipelines while improving funnel conversion rates.
• Develop repeatable recruiting playbooks for outreach, engagement, and headhunting.
