Job summary

CSG Systems seeks an experienced Senior Business Development Associate to drive renewal execution, revenue operations and growth for Colombia-based and remote teams. You will coordinate renewal documentation across Customer Success, Sales, Finance and Legal, and contribute to lead generation and market intelligence activities.

You will analyze billing and revenue data, deliver actionable reporting, monitor critical workflows, and identify automation opportunities using AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing or implementing AI-driven business solutions and workflow automation.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, or other BI and automation tools.
• Knowledge of customer success operations and revenue operations best practices.
• Experience supporting sales growth through market research, lead generation, and competitive intelligence.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment.
• CSGer.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal operations, including preparation, processing, tracking, and coordination of customer renewal documentation across Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Drive business growth and opportunity development through lead generation, market research, competitive intelligence, and the creation of sales materials that support revenue generation.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives by identifying workflow inefficiencies, implementing scalable solutions, and enhancing customer, reporting, and business processes.
• Analyze financial and operational data, including billing, invoicing, and revenue trends, to resolve issues, improve accuracy, and provide actionable business insights.
• Develop and support AI-driven automation solutions that streamline manual processes, improve operational efficiency, and enable continuous innovation across Customer Success and Operations.
