CSG Systems is seeking a Senior Business Development Associate to support renewal execution, revenue operations, and business growth. You will coordinate renewal documentation across multiple teams and drive opportunities through market research and lead generation.

The role focuses on improving workflows, analyzing billing and revenue trends, and delivering actionable reporting. AI-enabled automation will streamline processes and enable continuous innovation in Customer Success and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing AI-driven business solutions and workflow automation.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, or other BI/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal operations, including preparation, processing, tracking, and coordination of renewal documentation across CS, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Drive growth through lead generation, market research, and competitive intelligence, creating sales materials to support revenue generation.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives by identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
• Analyze billing, invoicing, and revenue data to provide actionable insights and improve accuracy.
• Develop and support AI-driven automation solutions to streamline manual processes across Customer Success and Operations.
