Job summary

CSG is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Associate to support renewal execution, revenue operations, and business growth from Colombia. The role coordinates renewal documentation across Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal, and analyzes billing and revenue data to drive insights and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing or implementing AI-driven business solutions and workflow automation.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, or other business intelligence and automation tools.
• Knowledge of customer success operations and revenue operations best practices.
• Experience supporting sales growth through market research, lead generation, and competitive intelligence.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal operations, including preparation, processing, tracking, and coordination of customer renewal documentation across teams.
• Drive business growth and opportunity development through lead generation, market research, and sales materials creation.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives by identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
• Analyze financial and operational data, including billing and revenue trends, to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and support AI-driven automation solutions to streamline processes and enable continuous innovation.
