UN/COMMON is seeking a Senior Strategist, Lifecycle Marketing to lead lifecycle strategy development for DTC ecommerce clients. You will craft roadmaps, identify automation opportunities, and drive cross‑channel retention programs across email, SMS, loyalty, and segmentation.

You will advise clients, present strategic plans, and translate performance data into actionable growth opportunities, ensuring alignment with scope and client objectives.

Formación

• All applications, resumes/CV, responses must be in English.
• 5–10 years of experience managing retention/ lifecycle marketing for DTC brands.
• Demonstrated experience building lifecycle strategies across email, SMS, CRM, and loyalty programs.
• Extensive experience with Klaviyo is required.
• Strong ability to translate performance data into actionable strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop lifecycle marketing strategies for assigned ecommerce client accounts.
• Create strategic roadmaps aligned to client goals and historical performance.
• Identify lifecycle initiatives including automated flows, segmentation, testing, and cross‑channel opportunities.
• Advise clients and lead strategy discussions with stakeholders.
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into recommendations.
• Monitor scope to ensure initiatives align with contracted hours and priorities.
