AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to drive quality across the SDLC, partnering with PMs, engineers, and architects to embed quality from the start.

You will design and maintain automated tests across unit, API, integration, and UI layers using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium, and leverage AI-assisted tools for test generation and coverage optimization. Formación

• 4+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or automation roles.
• Automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST-assured, Postman, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with mobile test automation (iOS and/or Android).
• Understanding of REST APIs and service-based architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and continuous-testing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing tools and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Architects to understand product functionality and acceptance criteria, ensuring quality at every SDLC stage.
• Define and execute a product quality strategy aligned with business priorities and release objectives.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests across unit, API, integration, and UI layers based on product risk and architecture.
• Champion a right-sized test pyramid to balance unit, service, integration, and end-to-end tests over heavy UI automation.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand code changes, coverage, and architecture to maximize test value.
• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks that integrate into CI/CD pipelines for fast feedback.
