AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to drive quality across the SDLC, partnering with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Architects to embed quality from the start. You will design and maintain automated tests across unit, API, integration, and UI layers using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium, and advocate a right-sized test pyramid.

Formación

• 4+ years of quality engineering or software testing experience.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST-assured or Postman.
• Hands-on mobile test automation for iOS and/or Android.
• Understanding of REST APIs and service-based architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing tools and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute a product quality strategy aligned with priorities.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests across units, API, integration, and UI.
• Champion a right-sized test pyramid over excessive UI automation.
• Collaborate with engineers to understand changes and improve test coverage.
