Robots & Pencils is looking for a Senior Testing Engineer to lead quality across AI/ML features and integrated platforms. This role is ideal for someone who combines automation with AI testing, enjoys hands-on work, and is growing into testing strategy and architecture.

You’ll collaborate with developers, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality features, design automation frameworks, validate ML models, and drive quality throughout the delivery process.

Formación

• 3–4+ years in QA, data QA, or AI testing.
• Hands-on experience building automation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of AI testing methodologies including LLM validation.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and integrations.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and drive quality gates.
• Validate ML models and AI workflows, monitor production quality.
• Collaborate with developers, ML engineers, and product teams across the SDLC.
• Communicate quality status and risks to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to QA standards.
