Folqs is seeking a senior performance creative lead to own the entire creative system for direct-response campaigns across Meta, Google, and advertorial funnels. You will shape messaging, produce and test assets, and work directly with founders to scale customer acquisition.

You will build and manage a production pipeline with editors, designers, and UGC creators, using AI daily to accelerate research, scripting, and testing. This is a fully remote role with global scope.

Formación

• 4–6+ years of experience creating performance creatives for D2C/eCommerce brands.
• Deep direct-response background with hooks, messaging frameworks, and how to turn insights into high-converting creatives.
• Fluent written English; write or heavily edit creative briefs, scripts, headlines, and landing page copy.
• Hands-on operator who uses AI daily to accelerate research, messaging, scripting, ideation, and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own creative strategy across Meta, Google, advertorials, and TikTok paid.
• Manage full funnels: landing pages, advertorials, VSLs, email sequences.
• Research angles and hooks from reviews, surveys, Reddit, and ad libraries.
• Create briefs for editors, UGC creators, and designers; script and edit copy.
• Lead daily performance reads on ROAS, CTR, hook rate, and decide what to scale or kill.
• Run production pipeline: source UGC creators, manage editors, ensure fresh assets for testing.
• Establish structured testing frameworks with one variable at a time.
