Power Digital is seeking a Senior Paid Advertising Strategist to drive performance marketing across high-value accounts. You will own planning, optimization, reporting, QA, and proactive client communication while mentoring junior staff and deepening cross-channel integration.

The role emphasizes advanced measurement, AI-enabled workflows, and the Nova ecosystem. Fully flexible work options include remote, in-office, or hybrid arrangements.

Formación

• 4-5 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in an agency setting.
• Hands-on with at least 2+ paid advertising channels (Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google/Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to derive meaningful insights from data and tell a clear story.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and client management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across marquee accounts, ensuring delivery against all client goals.
• Conduct thorough QA to prevent errors that could negatively impact client revenue.
• Ensure accurate budget pacing and advise on budget changes.
• Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in at least two major ad channels (e.g., Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Lead proactive strategy recommendations across assigned channels, surfacing opportunities and risks.
• Analyze campaign data and client-specific sources of truth to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
• Maintain client testing roadmaps and project manage next steps with a cadence of experimentation.
• Apply advanced knowledge of attribution, incrementality, measurement frameworks, and channel best practices.
