Folqs is seeking a Head of Growth to own and accelerate performance-driven growth for our US-based D2C supplement brand. You will lead paid media, creative strategy, and full-funnel optimization, partnering with founders to push Folqs to the next level.

You are an operator who can write or edit hooks and copy, manage UGC production, and apply AI-driven insight to accelerate testing, research, and execution. This is a fully remote, full-time role with significant ownership.

Formación

• 4-6+ years of experience creating performance creatives for D2C/eCommerce brands.
• Proven Meta media buyer who has scaled campaigns (min $50k/month ad spend).
• Strong on both creative strategy and performance marketing.
• Hands-on with creative: write or heavily edit hooks, scripts, headlines, briefs, and landing page copy.

Responsabilidades

• Own and scale Meta as the primary acquisition channel, with additional experience across Google and/or TikTok Paid.
• Identify winning customer angles, hooks, messaging, formats, and concepts based on performance data and customer research.
• Build and manage a systematic testing pipeline and rapidly identify winning creatives.
• Analyze and optimize the entire journey from ad to landing page offer conversion.
• Mine customer reviews, surveys, Reddit, competitor ads, Meta Ads Library for new angles and opportunities.
• Brief and manage UGC creators, editors, and designers while remaining hands-on with scripts and copy.
• Make daily decisions around what to scale, iterate, or kill based on CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and other metrics.
• Scale proven creative and media-buying strategies for big increases in profitable spend.
• Work on advertorials, landing pages, VSLs, offers, and other assets to improve acquisition efficiency.
• Use AI to accelerate research, creative ideation, scripting, production, analysis, and workflows.
