Blue Coding is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Implementation team for a US-based fund management software client. This hands-on role focuses on configuring, testing, and implementing private funds structures to life for clients. You will work with the U.S.

team on technical execution, own significant parts of implementations, and help optimize processes as the nearshore team grows. The role is not client-facing today, but opportunities to expand into client ownership may arise as the

Formación

• 3-5 years of relevant private funds industry experience (fund accounting, private funds operations, or implementation).
• Experience implementing software, systems, or operational processes — you know what it takes to take something from spec to live and working.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and comfort communicating clearly with cross-border teams in the U.S.
• Hands-on with complex fund structures and calculations to build clear, scalable solutions.
• Experience managing or working with large, complex data sets, attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to build or support automations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• A CPA or equivalent experience is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Configure, test, and validate client fund structures and calculations.
• Own a substantial piece of a complex implementation end-to-end, with minimal oversight.
• Identify edge cases and propose solutions, rather than simply executing tasks.
• Guide Associates on specific pieces of work.
• Collaborate with U.S. Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams.
