DHL Global Forwarding in Bogotá is seeking a Specialist - AFR to manage and monitor shipments, ensuring clear communication with customers and analyzing their situations. The role is based at GSC BOG and involves collaboration with stakeholders to track status and support service delivery.

The candidate should have at least 1 year in Logistics, English at B2 level, and strong customer service skills. A proactive, autonomous team player is favored.

Formación

• Students/professionals in industrial engineering, international business, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year in Logistics.
• Good communication in English B2 (verbal and written).
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Teamwork and autonomy.
• Employees who have been in the organization for 12 months or in their current role.
• Employees that are not in transition projects.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, process instruction/requirements and manage the import/export OFR/ AFR operations for different customers.
• Frequent contact with stakeholders to be aware of shipment status and keep customers informed about import processes via emails, calls and status reports.
• Proactive monitoring of shipment status in internal tools (CW1, DHLi, FSI3) and on carrier websites.
• Provide support on track & trace activities and performance reporting for Shipment Management Service Line.
• Add value to customers through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross-training within the team.
