As a Lifecycle & Retention Growth Strategist, you will own customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and growth initiatives across email, SMS, subscriptions, and other touchpoints. You will translate data into actionable plans, lead cross-functional teams, and drive revenue and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in lifecycle or retention marketing or CRM.
• Strong understanding of DTC/ecommerce and how retention drives revenue.
• Proven ability to translate data into marketing decisions.
• Hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing platforms like Klaviyo.
• Experience owning measurable business outcomes in retention and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle and retention strategy across email, SMS, subscription, and other touchpoints.
• Analyze customer, campaign, retention, and revenue data to identify opportunities and tests.
• Develop and execute experiments around offers, messaging, segmentation, journeys and retention.
• Build and optimize lifecycle programs, including onboarding, post-purchase, winback and churn prevention.
• Translate data into strategic recommendations and actionable plans.
• Own performance against revenue, retention, LTV, and lifecycle metrics.
• Present performance and priorities to clients’ founders or CMOs.
• Lead cross-functional teams including copywriters, designers, and project managers.
• Provide briefs, direction, and quality control to ensure alignment with strategy.
• Identify and implement AI-driven optimizations in workflows and content.
