OKTOBER, a fast-growing Shopify retention agency, seeks an entry-level Retention Associate to own email copywriting and project coordination for multiple pod accounts. This remote-first role offers real ownership from day one and a concrete runway into client strategy under a Senior RM.

You’ll work 12–5pm CET/SST and build your strategic instincts while collaborating with founders and growth-focused brands globally.

Formación

• Experience writing email copy for DTC brands.
• Ability to manage tasks, approvals and deadlines without slipping.
• Demonstrated reliability and accountability.
• Willingness to learn and apply feedback.
• Ambition to grow into strategy/ownership.
• Native level Dutch language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Own copywriting for pod accounts (5-6) based on the strategy set by your pod's Senior RM.
• Maintain project momentum: status updates, approvals, and day-to-day sequencing.
• Contribute ideas to account strategy and develop strategic instincts with your Senior RM.
• Pull and format reports for your Senior RM to translate into decisions.
• Identify blockers or delays before they affect clients.
