Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Senior Field Marketer (LATAM) in Colombia with remote flexibility. You will drive regional demand and pipeline by planning ABM programs, multi-channel campaigns, and high-impact field events. You will partner with sales and product marketing to align messaging and maximize ROI across revenue teams.

You will analyze program performance and optimize spend while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate opportunities to close.

Qualifications

Three or more years in B2B marketing with field marketing experience.
Proven ability to enable sales and drive revenue growth.
Experience building regional marketing programs and ABM campaigns.
Strong communication and cross-functional project management skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with demand generation and sales to shape regional marketing strategy.
Design and execute regional field marketing campaigns and events to generate leads.
Create multichannel ABM programs to engage target accounts and accelerate deals.
Plan and oversee regional events, user forums, and executive dinners.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and impact.
Track ROI and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
