Job summary

Hitachi Energy Colombia S.A.S. seeks a Senior Sales & Marketing Lead to drive growth across Colombia and LATAM. You will develop strategies, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong client relationships while guiding cross-functional teams to win complex energy projects.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in energy or B2B tech sales, with strong Spanish and English communication and LATAM market insight. This role is based in Bogota with a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in sales and marketing in energy, industrial, or B2B tech.
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong LATAM market knowledge including customers and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned to growth targets.
• Manage full sales cycle from opportunity to contract closing.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities through market analysis and engagement.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management for project success.
