Job summary

CORUS Consulting is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist in Colombia to drive IT recruitment across multiple technical domains. You will manage the full lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding, collaborating with hiring managers and international stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, autonomous work style, and the ability to handle multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong IT recruitment focus.
• Experience recruiting technical profiles within IT consulting, staffing, or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and market trends.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) with international stakeholders, Fluent Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding follow-up.
• Source and recruit IT professionals across multiple technical domains (Software, Data & AI, Cloud & DevOps, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure).
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using recruiters tools and networks.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates’ fit and background.
• Collaborate with Business Managers, technical teams, and international stakeholders to define hiring needs.
• Manage multiple vacancies with timely submissions and high-quality processes.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future roles.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Contribute to process improvements for recruitment and candidate experience.
• Monitor KPIs like time-to-fill, pipeline, and interview conversion.
