The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment within consulting, strong communication skills, advanced English proficiency, and a solid understanding of IT and data roles. Responsibilities include sourcing talent, supporting the full recruitment process, and ensuring excellent candidate experience. Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in consulting.
• Advanced English proficiency for communication and interviews with candidates.
• Solid understanding of roles in Data, Analytics, Digital, and Technology.

• Actively source IT talent through various channels aligned with project needs.
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process including CV review and interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role expectations.
