The ideal candidate will manage Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, OKTA, and intranet systems, develop clear documentation, and provide end-user support while collaborating with IT peers on upgrades and security.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years as a Senior Systems Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, OKTA, AD, and M365.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support core collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, M365).
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls; document systems and processes.
• Maintain company intranet; ensure content is up-to-date and accessible.
• Troubleshoot IT issues and provide end-user support in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with IT team on infrastructure, upgrades, migrations, and security.
• Monitor performance and stay current with trends in collaboration tools.
