Sezzle is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to own local device inventory, Google Workspace administration, and MDM implementation in Colombia. You will deliver high-quality IT support, handle on-call duties, and collaborate with engineering to maintain secure, scalable IT operations. Fluency in English and residing in Bogota are required.

You will work in a dynamic, startup-like environment with opportunities for growth and increased ownership within a rapidly expanding team.

Formación

• Fluent English required for communication with teams.
• 2–6 years in IT Operations or IT support roles.
• Experience with cloud productivity suites and device management.
• Familiarity with Jira, AI tools, and security controls (PCI-SOC2-CIS preferred).
• Based in Bogota, Colombia, with ability to work remote and onsite.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as IT Operations point of contact in Colombia for device inventory and administration.
• Manage Google Workspace, MDM, and enterprise endpoint configurations.
• Provide frontline IT support and respond to tickets in Jira.
• Assist with security, audits, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Contribute to vendor audits and ongoing IT operations improvements.
