Job summary

WPP Production is seeking an experienced IT Desktop Support professional in Bogotá to maintain daily IT operations and enable digital workflows for regional users. You will work on macOS and Windows environments, support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and enterprise software, and help strengthen security and data protection.

You’ll guide on-site and remote staff, perform ticket management, and contribute to process documentation in a fast-paced, creative environment that values collaboration

Qualifications

3–4+ years in IT Desktop Support or similar roles.
English B1+ to communicate with regional and global teams.
Strong macOS and Windows 10/11 expertise.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and IAM.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for local and remote employees.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Manage tickets via ITSM tools with timely resolutions.
Perform root-cause analysis on recurring issues.
Maintain asset and inventory records and onboarding/offboarding kits.
Handle user accounts and access across AD, Entra ID, and Google Workspace.
Educate staff on security best practices and productivity tools.
Document processes and contribute to SOPs.
