Job summary

Huge in Bogotá is seeking a Systems Specialist to join the global Systems Administration team. You’ll manage macOS and Windows fleets, enrollment workflows, and quarterly audits while growing into identity, email, and network work.

The role reports to the Associate Director, Systems Administration in the UK and collaborates with Bogotá and Medellín teams. You should have 1–3 years hands-on IT experience, be fluent in Spanish and English, and be willing to be in the Bogotá office when needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years IT experience in support or junior systems role.
• Hands-on macOS and Windows administration.
• Experience with an MDM/RMM tool: Kandji, Jamf, Intune, or Kaseya.

Responsibilities

• Manage macOS fleet in Iru Kandji: enroll, apps, updates, compliance.
• Manage Windows fleet in Kaseya VSA X: onboarding, patching, and security tools.
• Maintain asset inventory in Asset Panda and prepare quarterly reports.
• Perform quarterly access audits with HR roster and inventory.
• Handle device onboarding/offboarding in Colombia and the Americas.
• Oversee Bogotá office infrastructure: Cisco Meraki, UPS, access controllers, cameras.
• Resolve Okta, Google Workspace, and MDM escalations with senior guidance.
• Monitor security alerts and remove ex-users' devices.
• Assist with Google Workspace and Okta administration.
• Write and maintain documentation; build procedures.
• Automate small tasks with Bash, Python or Google Apps Script.
