AgileEngine, LLC. in Pereira, Colombia is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, operate, and improve the systems and infrastructure behind critical IT services and business applications.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Windows and Linux server administration, virtualization, storage, backup, monitoring, and security. You will support cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), identity services, and automation to ensure reliable, scalable infrastructure across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Strong Windows and Linux server administration, virtualization, storage, backup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure across on‑prem, data centers, cloud platforms, and multiple locations.
• Administer and support Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, storage, backup, file services, and core infrastructure services.
• Support AWS, Azure, or comparable cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, access controls, monitoring, and readiness.
