Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC is seeking an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on‑premise and cloud environments in Villavicencio, Colombia. The role requires 6+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise networks and servers, and a cloud-first approach.

You will collaborate across US/EMEA teams to deliver secure, observable, fault-tolerant infrastructure and support 24x7 international operations in a SOX-regulated setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise local and wide area networks, servers and storage systems.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure (Physical and Virtual).
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory.
• Cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with cloud-first approach.
• Experience in a SOX-regulated environment.
• Experience in disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite (Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with patch deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and support corporate networks, servers, storage, telephony and systems.
• Implement observable, secure and fault‑tolerant solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across teams and domains.
• Serve as internal escalation point for day‑to‑day operations.
• Plan and execute projects across the infrastructure landscape.
• Lead infrastructure, systems and application projects.
• Device lifecycle support including vulnerability remediation, firmware upgrades, decommissioning, documentation.
• Vendor management and interaction for hardware, software and service troubleshooting and resolution.
• Help define and execute strategy for infrastructure across the enterprise.
• Support global operations for remote, manufacturing and office-based workforces.
