AgileEngine, LLC. in Villavicencio, Colombia, is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, operate, and improve the systems and infrastructure behind corporate IT services and business applications.

The role requires strong expertise in Windows and Linux server administration, virtualization, storage, backup, monitoring, and troubleshooting, plus experience with cloud infrastructure, identity management, security services, and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 4+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Strong Windows and Linux server administration, virtualization, storage, backup, monitoring, troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and dependencies across compute, storage, networking, identity, and security.
• Identity platforms, AD or comparable, with service-account management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure across on-prem, data centers, cloud, and locations.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, storage, backup, and core services.
• Support AWS/Azure or comparable cloud infrastructure and access controls.
• Manage identity and access services, including AD and enterprise authentication.
• Plan upgrades, migrations, patching, capacity expansion, and decommissioning.
• Monitor health, performance, backups, and security signals; address risks proactively.
