Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) is seeking a Senior Invoice Strategist to lead the invoice function across regions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial controls.

You will develop the team, manage escalations, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive process improvements through data analysis and best practices.

Formación

• 5+ years in Invoice, Billing, Finance, Accounting, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, reconciliations, payments, reporting, and discrepancy management.
• Experience leading or supervising teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical capability.
• Experience handling escalations and process improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple regions and priorities.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Proactive, solution-oriented leadership mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and support the Invoice team, ensuring effective workload distribution and performance.
• Oversee billing and invoicing processes, reconciliations, payments, financial reporting, and discrepancy resolution.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Manage escalations and complex financial/invoice-related issues.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders across different teams and regions.
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members and support their professional development.
• Analyze data and reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure processes are aligned with financial controls, quality standards, and business requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Invoice operation.

At Publicis Global Delivery (PGD), we’re looking for a Senior Invoice Strategist (L4) to join our team. This is a supervisory/management role for someone who combines strong financial and invoicing expertise with the ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, solve complex problems, and drive process improvements.

What will you do?

As a Senior Invoice Strategist, you will be responsible for overseeing Invoice operations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial controls. You will also play a key role in leading and developing the team and partnering with different stakeholders and regions.
