Publicis Global Delivery in Bogotá is seeking an Invoice Reconciliation Analyst to support the reconciliation of advertising campaign invoices for clients and agencies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

You will handle onshore communications, prepare and distribute invoice reports, secure missing invoices, and collaborate with vendors to resolve discrepancies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or any relevant field.

Responsabilidades

• Reconcile advertising campaigns for clients/agencies with accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute missing and matched invoice reports.
• Secure missing invoices and manage RNO reports using IPS Workflow.
• Work with vendors to revise invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle onshore communication related to investments and/or vendor invoicing.
• Maintain clear records and ensure timely delivery of invoice status reports.

Overview

The Invoice Reconciliation Analyst position in Business Finance Operations.

Actively participates in tasks related to the successful reconciliation of advertising campaigns for clients/agencies that range on different levels of complexity and amounts, always looking for efficiency, precision, and the minimum level of error possible.

Responsibilities

• Handles Low Profile accounts
• Will be assisting on all Onshore (Investment and/or Vendor) Communication
• Prepare and distribute missing and matched invoice reports
• Secure missing invoices
• Prepare, distribute, and manage RNO Reports using IPS Workflow
• Prepare RFI templates
• Cost auditing buys based on completed RFI’s
• Work with vendors to revise invoices
• Send any RNO invoices to the Activation team when requested
• Update and request missing invoices from Google Statement
• Request revised invoices to corresponding contacts in each Radio station and/or Cable representative
• Clear discrepancies within Network, Estimate and Status

Qualifications

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in: Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or any relevant field.
• English Level B2 or above
• Microsoft Office: Excel
