Publicis Global Delivery is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to support the reconciliation of advertising campaigns for clients and agencies. You will focus on accuracy, timely invoicing, and collaboration with internal teams to minimize errors.

Responsibilities include preparing and distributing reports, securing missing invoices, and maintaining clear records across Onshore communication and vendor invoices. A proactive, organized approach is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Handles Low Profile accounts
• Will be assisting with all Onshore (Investment and/or Vendor) Communication
• Prepare and distribute missing and matched invoice reports
• Secure missing invoices
• Prepare, distribute, and manage RNO Reports using IPS Workflow
• Prepare RFI templates, Cost auditing buys based on completed RFI's
• Work with vendors to revise invoices
• Send any RNO invoices to the Activation team when requested
• Update and request missing invoices from the Google Statement
• Request revised invoices to the corresponding contacts in each Radio station and/or Cable representative
• Clear discrepancies within Network, Estimate, and Status
