Johnson & Johnson Innovation in Bogota leads the Global Services Finance team in the Invoice to Cash domain. The Senior Team Lead drives performance, coaching, and financial controls across markets and businesses.

You will build strong partnerships, optimize processes, and ensure timely cash collection while maintaining cost effectiveness and compliance. This role emphasizes leadership and strategic execution in a multinational environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in Invoice-to-Cash/Collections/Dispute management.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to drive value creation.
• Lead and develop a team of collections specialists to meet performance targets.
• Drive continuous process improvement and standardization across I2C operations.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities related to receivables and bad debt reserves.
