Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an I2C DS Collection & Dispute Mgmt Analyst in Bogota, Colombia to own end-to-end collections and dispute management for high‑value portfolios, driving timely cash flow, reducing DSO, and ensuring accurate revenue reconciliation within the Invoice-to-Cash process.

You will partner with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance, apply SAP/ERP skills, and use Portuguese and English to engage internal and external stakeholders, handle escalations, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related business discipline is required.
• CPA/MBA or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• Experience in end-to-end Invoice to Cash process is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end collections and dispute management for assigned key accounts.
• Engage with customers to drive timely payments and resolve disputes.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance teams to improve cash flow.
• Support audit readiness and process improvements.
