Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of end‑to‑end Invoice to Cash (I2C) experience.
• Fluent in English for communication.
• SAP and ERP familiarity; strong analytical skills.
• Advanced negotiation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead collections and dispute management teams to meet targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with business partners.
• Drive process improvements for cash flow and accuracy.
• Support month‑end and quarter‑end close activities for receivables.
• Coach team members and develop succession plans.
