Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr Manager, I2C DS in Bogota, Colombia to lead the Global Services Finance team within Invoice to Cash. The role focuses on compliance, operational excellence, and strong business partnering across regions to improve cash flow and customer experience.

The candidate will participate in performance reviews, talent development, and DEI initiatives while aligning with global finance standards and policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's in finance or accounting required; CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.
• 8–12 years work experience in finance with supervisory experience.
• Ability to drive cash flow improvements and manage risk.

Responsabilidades

• Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations per J&J Credo.
• Maintain Operational Excellence in the Invoice to Cash process.
• Partner with CS/Deliver and BU/Commercial teams to update and resolve issues.
• Present results and strategies to senior leadership and drive change.
