Johnson & Johnson Global Finance is hiring an ITC Collections & Dispute Management Analyst in Bogotá. You will own end-to-end collections and dispute resolution within the Invoice to Cash process for high‑value portfolios, ensuring timely cash collection and adherence to internal controls.

The role requires experience in collections/disputes, strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business discipline.
• Experience in end-to-end Invoice to Cash processes preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer collections and open receivables with proactive follow-ups.
• Own end-to-end dispute management for key accounts and avoid delays.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Finance to drive process improvements.
