The role leads strategy, service delivery, and compliance with SOX and cross-functional collaboration, requiring 15+ years in SSC/BPO, SAP expertise, and matrix leadership. Travel up to 20% may be needed.

Formación

• Experience leading Global Invoice to Cash in a large multinational
• Proven track record delivering complex projects to completion
• Ability to lead through change in a global matrix environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and influencing abilities at all levels

Responsabilidades

• Strategy, accuracy and timeliness of Global Invoice to Cash processes for Johnson & Johnson companies globally.
• Develop and articulate vision for Global Invoice to Cash organization and culture.
• Provide leadership to meet service delivery commitments and customer expectations.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and service levels.
• Opsize Global Invoice to Cash strategies for effectiveness and compliance.
• Manage relationships with Global Services leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership for acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations.
• Oversee third-party BPO providers as needed.
• Align with GPO on policies and standards for Global Invoice to Cash.
• Deliver talent, business and financial targets for Global Invoice to Cash.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and SOX 404 requirements.
