Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) seeks a Senior Project Management Consultant in Colombia to support multi-country payroll implementations.

You will collaborate with global and in-country partners, set up the global platform, and ensure regulatory alignment across countries. Key duties include leading global kickoff calls, charter creation, rollout planning, and master schedule management, while keeping milestones on track and ensuring timely invoicing and smooth transition from

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Two to five years related experience and/or training, preferably in a service environment.
• Bilingual language skills are preferred.
• Project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct global kick off calls, create project charters, roll out plans and project plans for all countries in scope while ensuring milestones are respected.
• Ensure client adheres to the implementation window as per contract and coordinate with in-country partners.
• Assist with global implementation, working closely with global partners and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage a master implementation schedule to ensure timely delivery of all deliverables.
• Configure regulatory settings in the global ADP platform and develop, test, and optimize the global solution.
• Organize meetings with key stakeholders to review status, discuss issues, and provide status reporting to management.
