Fairygodboss is seeking a Senior Project Management Consultant in Bogotá, Colombia. The role involves overseeing the implementation of multi-country payroll solutions, requiring solid project management skills and the ability to engage effectively with global clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, two to five years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. You'll be responsible for managing project timelines, ensuring quality and timely deliverables while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Formación

• Two to five years related experience and/or training, preferably in a service environment.
• Project management certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct global kick off calls and create project charters for all countries.
• Ensure clients respect implementation windows as per contract agreements.
• Assist with the global implementation process while working closely with partners.
• Manage a master implementation schedule to ensure timely achievements.
