Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two to five years related experience preferred in a service environment.
• Bilingual language skills are preferred.
• Project management certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global kick-off calls, create project charters, and develop roll-out plans for all countries in scope.
• Ensure client adheres to the implementation window per contract.
• Collaborate with global partners to support the global implementation process.
• Provide status reports and issue resolution to management and senior leadership.
• Explain payroll processes and their financial implications to clients.
