AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a senior Full Stack Technical Lead to resolve production issues on a live, high-traffic hiring product.

You will own technical direction across Java, Python, and React, while mentoring engineers through ambiguity and delivering reliable systems under pressure. This role blends hands-on engineering with client impact and requires strong ownership, fast ramp-up, and the ability to lead multiple concurrent projects.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Java/Spring Boot as the primary backend stack (Event Management Backend, Lobby Backend).
• Django/Python as a secondary backend stack (Event Management Backend, Lobby Backend).
• React for frontend development (Event Management Frontend, Lobby Frontend, IRL Frontend, Jobseeker Frontend).
• Build and deployment experience.
• Experience with Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and resolve production issues, with emphasis on ongoing, in-progress hiring events.
• Partner closely with client-facing teams to triage and address incoming support tickets.
• Drive timely issue resolution to meet established SLAs.
• Monitor production systems and respond quickly to alerts or performance degradation.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations that may impact hiring events.
• Maintain and update event logic in response to changes in dependencies and upstream systems.
