AgileEngine in Medellín seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to maintain and modernize employee lifecycle applications. You will work primarily with Python/Django for backend, Java/Spring Boot and React for frontend, strengthening integrations with enterprise platforms.

You will push toward AI-enabled workflows by integrating with LLMs and AI assistants, while improving scalability, security, and user experience. This remote role offers flexible hours and global collaboration.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with Python/Django for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with Java/Spring Boot.
• Experience integrating applications with LLMs or generative AI capabilities.
• Strong REST APIs and OAuth 2.0 knowledge.
• Familiarity with AI security and governance considerations.
• Strong TypeScript/React experience.
• Good Jira practices and technical documentation skills.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and modernize key Employee Lifecycle Applications.
• Strengthen integrations with Workday and iCIMS to support candidate and employee lifecycles.
• Enhance scalability, security, and user experience across applications.
