AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to diagnose and resolve production issues for a high-traffic hiring events product. You will own end-to-end delivery, triage tickets with client-facing teams, and ensure SLAs are met while evolving the architecture.

The role emphasizes Java/Spring Boot as the primary skill, with Django/Python as a secondary focus, plus React, Kafka, GraphQL, and databases. Build, deploy, and ownership at scale are expected in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Java/Spring Boot as the primary skill set.
• Django/Python as a secondary skill set.
• React.
• Kafka.
• GraphQL.
• SQL or MongoDB.
• Build and deployment experience.
• Senior-level engineer able to ramp up quickly and assume ownership across multiple projects.
• High level of ownership and autonomy.
• Experience with Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve production issues, with particular focus on in-progress hiring events.
• Partner closely with client-facing teams to triage and address support tickets.
• Ensure issues are resolved promptly to meet established SLAs.
• Monitor production systems and respond swiftly to alerts or performance degradation ("going red").
• Support architecture changes and system integrations that may impact hiring events.
• Maintain and update event logic in response to changes in dependencies and underlying systems.
• Support and onboard additional team members as further roles are filled, with Lead/Senior-level hires prioritized first to enable this.
