AgileEngine is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform for clinical operations, using .NET, C#, React, and Azure. You will guide AI agents through planning and testing, ensuring output quality rather than hand-writing every line.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Recent production experience with .NET 8 or 9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, and PostgreSQL.
• Recent production experience with React and TypeScript in component-based apps.
• Strong Azure experience including production deployment and ownership.
• Proven use of Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end feature delivery.
• Ability to translate product objectives into executable agent work and verify output.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure using an agentic-first workflow.
• Prioritize V1 delivery, assigned work, and UAT/demo readiness.
• Turn changing product direction into actionable delivery plans and keep momentum.
• Align with stakeholders when requirements or priorities conflict.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Review and verify generated work rigorously, not just agent output.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences.
• Preserve security, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege for PHI.
