Worley in Bogotá, Colombia, seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leaders with calendars, travel, and presentation preparation. The role requires proactive planning, exceptional English communication, and high confidentiality.
The successful candidate will manage complex schedules, prepare materials for meetings, track expenses, and coordinate cross‑functional projects in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's senior-level managers. The Executive Assistant's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing calendars, working on pitch decks, preparing expense reports, and making travel arrangements. To be successful in this role, the candidate should be well-organized, have great time management skills, and be able to act with minimal supervision. The expected outcome of this role is to contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
Knowledge of Power BI, Salesforce, and knowledge in Travel Management platforms such as Concur or similar.
