Worley is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor for the Latin America region, based in Bogotá. You will partner with business leaders, HR and Operations to deliver end-to-end recruitment, analyze talent trends, and contribute to regional talent strategy across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate has solid recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management, and a consultative, business-oriented mindset. Fluency in English and experience with ATS systems are required.

We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to support recruitment activities across Latin America, partner closely with business leaders, HR and Operations teams, analyze talent acquisition trends, and contribute to our regional talent strategy.
