Worley seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to support recruitment across Latin America and collaborate with business leaders, HR, and operations. You will analyze talent trends and contribute to regional strategy, delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Ideal candidates hold a psychology-related degree, have end-to-end recruitment experience, and can work with diverse stakeholders across multiple countries.

Formación

• Degree in Psychology or related field.
• Solid experience in recruitment and selection.
• Experience managing end-to-end selection processes.
• Ability to work across different business areas, countries, and with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ATS systems and MS Office.
• Proficiency in English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
