Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced HR analytics engineer to develop and maintain trusted data products and infrastructure for HR leaders. You will help build secure data pipelines using DBT, PySpark, Python, and AWS services, while improving data quality and uptime.

The role involves creating data models, semantic views, and AI agent deployments, with MCP configuration between Snowflake and internal AI tooling. Remote-friendly and global collaboration are supported.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of datamarts.
• Strong knowledge data warehouse design.
• Strong knowledge DBT for data transformations.
• Strong knowledge Python including object-oriented programming and data scripting.
• Strong knowledge REST API integration and data ingestion.
• Strong knowledge Google BigQuery querying and optimization.
• Strong SQL and highly optimized query development.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain secure, efficient data pipelines using DBT, PySpark, and Python applications.
• Build infrastructure and tooling for ETL processes using Python, DBT, Terraform, and AWS services.
• Implement process improvements and data quality testing.
• Monitor pipelines and maintain 99.5% uptime.
• Create and maintain data models used by partner teams.
• Design and build semantic views and ontology layers on top of dbt models.
• Develop and deploy AI agents using Snowflake Cortex Analyst/Cortex Search for HR use cases.
• Configure and maintain MCP connections between Snowflake and internal AI tooling.
