AgileEngine, LLC. in Bogotá seeks a Senior/Lead Data Engineer to build and maintain HR data pipelines and semantic models in Snowflake, DBT, Python, and Airflow. You will design data warehouses, ensure uptime, and enable AI-based querying over HR data.

You will collaborate across teams, implement secure data ingestion with AWS tools, and contribute to semantic layers that empower BI tools and agent-based querying with Cortex/LLMs. Hybrid work options.

Formación

• 4+ years of data engineering experience.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with Snowflake, DBT, Python, and Airflow.
• Experience with data ingestion via REST APIs and cloud services.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain secure data pipelines using DBT, PySpark, and Python in a cloud environment for HR data sources.
• Build ETL infrastructure using Python, DBT, Terraform, and AWS tools (Glue, EMR, S3).
• Monitor pipelines to achieve 99.5% uptime and implement data quality tests.
• Design semantic views and ontology layers on dbt models for BI and AI agents.
• Develop and deploy AI agents for HR data querying via Snowflake Cortex.
• Configure MCP-like connections between Snowflake and internal AI tooling.
