AgileEngine, a leading software company, is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build and maintain HR data pipelines and a centralized warehouse using Snowflake, DBT, Python, and Airflow. You will design semantic layers for BI and AI consumption and enable agentic querying with Snowflake Cortex.

Responsibilities include building secure pipelines, implementing data models, and ensuring high uptime while collaborating with cross-functional teams on enterprise projects in Colombia.

Formación

• 4+ years of data engineering experience with modern warehouses.
• Hands-on Snowflake data modeling, datamarts, and DW design.
• Proficient DBT transformations and Python data scripting.
• Airflow for pipeline orchestration and REST API data ingestion.
• Strong SQL skills with optimized querying.
• Experience with Google BigQuery querying and optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain secure, scalable data pipelines for HR data sources.
• Build semantic views and ontology layers over dbt models.
• Deploy AI agents via Snowflake Cortex for HR use cases.
• Monitor pipelines, ensure 99.5% uptime, and improve data quality.
