AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Data Engineer to build and maintain pipelines and data models for a centralized HR data warehouse. You will work with Snowflake, DBT, Python, and Airflow to create semantic layers for BI tools and AI agents.

Experience with Snowflake Cortex or MCP-based tooling is a strong plus. You will develop secure pipelines, implement data ingestion from diverse sources, and ensure high uptime while enabling conversational querying over certified HR data using modern ML

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or related field.
• Experience with Snowflake data modeling and data warehousing.
• Proficient in DBT for data transformations and Python scripting.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale data pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain secure, efficient data pipelines using DBT, PySpark, and Python applications for HR data sources.
• Build infrastructure for ETL from various sources using Python, DBT, Terraform, and AWS technologies such as Glue, EMR, and S3.
• Monitor pipelines to maintain high uptime and create data models used by partner teams.
• Design semantic views on top of dbt models to enable BI tools and AI agents to query HR data.
